Our Zirconia Screw Retained Restorations have been recognized for both aesthetics and longevity. A verification jig is made from an implant level impression and the fit is verified in the mouth. The scanner data of the jig and the individual implant platforms are transferred to a design station where the one-piece framework is finalized. After design, it is milled from either a single piece of titanium or hardened zirconia for a precision fit of less than 20 microns. It offers excellent predictability, esthetics and function.

Gold Coated Titanium Abutments
Gold-shaded titanium abutment is indicated for cement retained restorations.
It is milled from a solid titanium alloy blank of titanium Alloy 6AI-4V (Grade 5) and coated with a thin coating of titanium nitride (TiN). The coating gives a warm gold-shaded color, ideal for esthetically challenging cases with thin soft tissue or when using an all-ceramic crown.

New advancements in digital technologies means that we can now offer your patients custom designed implant abutments with Zirconia. These hybrid abutments are compatible with a wide variety of implant systems and there is a metal-to-metal connection between screw and abutment. Unlike many all-ceramic abutments on the market today, the screw does not torque directly into the zirconia material, so doctors can follow standard recommendations for torque pressures on the screw and abutment.

The Hybrid Zirconia Bridge has proven to be an effective replacement for removable prosthesis. A verification jig is made from an implant level impression and the fit is verified in the mouth. The scanner data of the jig and the individual implant platforms are transferred to a design station where the one-piece framework is finalized. After the design process, it is milled from either a single piece of titanium or hardened zirconia for a precision fit of less than 20 microns. It offers excellent predictability, esthetics and function.
This implant over denture derives its support from a combination of intramural tissues and dental implants, which are proven replacements for removable prostheses worn by edentulous patients. Using precise CAD/CAM technology, acrylic teeth are processed to a custom bar and attached via abutment scores.
An implant-retained over denture is always removable and can be designed for complete or partially edentulous patients. Design factors to consider are arch form, number of implants, placement, and vertical dimension. A denture tooth set-up with try-in verification is advised to determine which attachment system to use.
